ORDERING

To place an order simply find the item(s) you require in our equipment pages, select the relevant size and colour and click "Add to Basket". When you have completed your selection, ensure that you have ordered the correct quantities, complete the invoicing, delivery and payment details. Click the "Order Now" button to complete your purchase. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Switch. Your credit card information is sent to us by encrypted e-mail for security. We aim to protect legitimate credit card owners from fraud and therefore will report to the necessary authorities any person attempting to use a card for which they are not authorised to use.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be delivered.

All prices quoted are for delivery within the UK. For information on deliveries outside of the UK please contact us.

All prices quoted include 17.5% VAT.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION FROM A RECOGNIZED CERTIFICATION AGENCY IN THE TECHNIQUE OF SCUBA DIVING MUST BE SUCCESSFULLY CARRIED OUT BEFORE USE OF PRODUCTS FEATURED ON THIS WEBSITE. All products come with a full manufacturers warranty.

If you find the same item cheaper from another UK supplier within 30 days of your order, we will refund the difference to you.


DELIVERY

Please allow 10 working days for delivery.

If an Item is currently out of stock we will contact you and ask you if a later delivery date is convenient. Any delivery date will be an estimate only. We shall not be liable for delays caused by matters outside our control.

Any claim based on any defect in quality or condition of the products must be notified to us within 10 days of delivery after which you will be deemed to have accepted the products. Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the point at which they are delivered.

PROPERTY

All products remain the property of ScubaDo Diving Ltd until payment has been received in full.

ScubaDo Diving Ltd asserts all of its intellectual property rights in all of its promotional materials and trademarks.

RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS

If any product is found to be faulty or have defects upon delivery, we will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the fault is notified to us within 30 days of delivery. Before despatch of a replacement item our engineers will have to verify the fault.

All returns must first be authorized by e-mail to services@scubado.co.uk, after which you will be given a returns number which must be quoted with all returned goods. Any goods returned for either exchange or refund can only be dealt with after an authorization number has been issued. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.


RETURNING UNSUITABLE OR INCORRECTLY SIZED GOODS

If a product you purchase from us turns out to be unsuitable or the incorrect size for you, we will provide a free of charge replacement or full refund, that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing "as new" within 7 working days of the original delivery to you.

When returning goods to us, the customer will incur any postage fees. If we arrange to collect the goods for you, the cost of our postage to do so will be deducted from the refund.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

You may cancel your order within 7 working days of the day after receipt of your order to receive a full refund. To cancel all or part of an order you must first contact us by e-mail to services@scubado.co.uk, after which you will be given an authorisation number which must be quoted with all returned goods. A full refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take your privacy seriously, and during the course of processing your order, we gather information about where you live, your telephone number (s), your credit card information, and the products you buy from us. All this information is kept strictly confidential and is for our use only when processing your order.

We do not forward your details to any mailing lists etc. We may send a special offer e-mail from time to time to our customers, however this is not a regular occurrence, and customers wishing not to receive special offer emails can simply send a blank email to unsubscribe@scubado.co.uk.

We do not give out private individuals telephone numbers under any circumstances. Telephone numbers will only be used by our staff to contact you regarding your order.

All Information is 'collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Data Protection Act requires certain security procedures, and at ScubaDo Diving Ltd we will always implement these using security measures & confidentiality.
Names and addresses are very valuable, and we protect them carefully from hackers and competitors. If you even wish to access what information we hold about you, we may ask you for proof of identity or a question regarding your order or details.

GENERAL

You are not entitled to assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this contract.

This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
