This is due to a second, hidden pair of adjustable shoulder buckles and
an interchangeable cummerbund. It also has all the features that make a
good adult's BCD: single handed operation of dump valves, extra dump valve
on bottom right side, easily adjustable buckles, two pockets, puffer back
pack, adjustable padded Velcro cummerbund, D-rings for accessories and an
